Topic count based groups

Any chance of this in a future release? It would definitely come in handy. We got people helping us out doing things like checking links, but in the process of reporting on 'em their post counts are skyrocketing them to post count groups that many will feel they don't really deserve...

Or is there a mod out there I'm not aware of that does this?
