Remove Started By Text

This modification removes the Started By Text in the Message Index for those that just would like the author name present. The modification is made in the source rather than the template so it is compatible with other themes.

Thank you for the mod, hopefully you're still here reading. Is there any way to remove all of started by, including author name?
