How to get rss feeds to my forum?

i am using 1.1.7 version and i want to get some rss feeds to my forum. one of my moderator he do so much so he wants to get fresh content for my forum. so how can i get that set up/

i have added rssposter and feed both. one of them is working and other is not working. now what should i do? any one can help me here plz. from my forum any one can subscribe now but from other site i am not able to subscribe to my forum. even i am not able to uninstall. its giving me the error subs.php test failed. if there any way to uninstall and install it back.
