need help

Yes i am setting up my message board and I noticed that when I change the "user titles" to match what my forum is about. when I send a PM or post it says Administrator under my user name but it also says that I'm a "newbie" as well is there any way possible to remove that part of it ... in all honesty that would be confusing if a member isn't sure if Im an admin or a newbie I would like to just have the Admin title how do I go about fixing that ?
