What's the best button creator that you have found and use

just wondering,i have searched all over the net for a great one but maybe some good advice is needed

Free = Gimp
Paid = Photoshop

You know that is the only thing stopping me from going to linux....

Well what most people say photoshop has a easier layout, and is easier to learn. While GIMP has most of the features but a is more complex. $:-\$

GIMP is pretty good. It even has some advantages over PS. Of course PS has advantages too. If you want both you can always run a virtual box anyway.
