I can't find where "maximum personal messages" setting in SMF 2.0 RC1 is ?

its in admin cp under Security and Moderation,

The great feature of 2.0 AdminCP is the function search enabled.  Just put in what you are looking for and it usually finds it.

Just search for 'messages' and it will be there as well.
