More Restriction Ban.

I'd like to have a mod where the user can make their own ban restriction on user. A mod that will allow them to add url.

Example.
/index.php?action=arcade

Then it'll ban them from going there as in partial.

A field for them to put the url in and for it to be added to MYSQL so any time we ban user, we can check the boxes which part we want to restrict them from such as arcade, mediakwiki, messaging, etc.
