MOD not executing uninstall command.

Hi,

I am trying to write a simple mod. On my testing, I can install and uninstall it. But when I cheched the moded file, the mod was not really uninstalled but installed again. So therefore, there are two existing mod on that file.

Any advise?

I got it! the mod i'm basing it from is wrong!
