1.1.9 Upgrade.php and outdated language files

I just tried to run update.php after updating my files, and it reported missing or outdated language files.

After checking the code, I discovered that as my forum language is 'english' it was checking the version in file Themes/default/language/index.english.php finding it was 1.1.9 and comparing it with the 'SMF_LANGUAGE_VERSION' defined at the top of the file which is 1.1.5.

I modified the define to be 1.1.9 and that part of the update worked perfectly.

There is another problem, which I will put in a separate post.
