chmod. Which files need to be what?

I just uploaded all the files to my server. I cant run the install.php with it chmodded as 777, it only works when it is chmodded as 755 (Should this need to be like this) Anyways, I can make it through the installer, but the forum doesnt work. I get an internal Server Error. What files (and folders)  need to be chmodded what?

Make everything 755... your host is likely running suExec.... I'm hoping to resolve any possible issues with the installer here for 1.1, as well.
