Very strange message after conversion

Hi - please help me.

I recently did a conversion from phpbb3 to SMF.  Now, unfortunately, I had the SMF forum set up (with mods) before I did the conversion.  I was lucky enough to have another SMF moderator help me w/ the deletion and eventual  conversion (I orig had SMF & Phpbb in two different databases). 

But here's the problem:

I'm now getting this message when i try to log out:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare phpbb3_password_check() (previously declared in /home/content/s/p/i/spiffypix/html/SMF/Sources/LogInOut.php:490) in /home/content/s/p/i/spiffypix/html/SMF/Sources/LogInOut.php on line 608

So now I am unable to log out.  Any suggestions?  Please help.

have edited Sources/LogInOut.php manually AND installed the phpbb3_login_fix.tgz package  via package manager? The function phpbb3_password_check() is twice in that file.

you should manually remove one of them (see this post):
