My forum is gone!

I tried to add a quote to the index.template.php and it did not work. I had made a copy of the template in case something went wrong. So, because it did not work I put back the whole copy of the template I had made. Now my forum is gone and when typed the address of my forum I get blank page with a message saying that there is a fatal error. How can I get my forum back? Where can I get the template again?

I had the zip file of the theme on my desktop so I copied the whole template and replaced the one I had damaged.
