Collapsable Info

I just noticed how we are able to collapse the Info Center sections.  I like the idea of it but I think that the arrows are too much.  Maybe it's just me but I don't really like the look of it.  Feel free to disagree.  (heh it rhymes  )

Bleh, keep it at the bottom but i'm just complaining about the arrows next to the links. I think it just makes it look, I don't know how to put it, blah!

I agree... I also don't like the idea of the info centre being colaspable - but still, I can remove if I make a theme.

It's not in the default theme... I was mostly playing around, and I remember requests for it.  What does it matter?
