Hi
i make my forum about 2 months ago its working fine but only 1 page indexed in google  :( don't know why i think in SMF there is an option "use search engine friendly Urls Apache only"
but i dont know where this option is located and what is apache and how to setup it can anyone tell me please ? :'(
Using SMF 2.0 RC1

Bigguy

The setting is under the features and options section of the admin panel. You yourself do not setup apache. That's what the server runs on. If it is setup right then you should be able to use it.

That's nothing to do with this that I know of. Look under the "General" tab in Features and Options.

That is what SMF does if you select that option.

SMF doesn't do this. You might want to use a third-party mod. Note that we don't give support for third-party mods in this board (SMF 2.x Support). All mod support requests should be made in the support topic for that mod.

Please do not PM me with support requests unless I invite you to.

Thanks
now i have these types of urls
http://decent-friends.com/index.php/topic,58.0.html
but Navigations (menu bar) still sees like these
http://www.decent-friends.com/index.php?action=profile
http://www.decent-friends.com/index.php?action=admin etc

is these Urls are changed after selecting that option or not ?

As far as I know, they should not have changed. Only things that will change are your board and topic links since those are the information being crawled by search engines.
