Database error after the upgrading from smf 1.1.5 to smf 1.1.9

Hello sir please i am encountering a database error after the upgrading of my current smf version from version 1.1.5 to 1.1.9

please anybody with such  idea should help in fixing the problem.

it works after disabling the attachment in admin panel, but how can i enable attachment without encountering such error.
