yet another 1.1.8 to 1.1.9 upgrade problem

upgrade thru webinstall.php

this is what i got while in the midst of installation:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Have you tried to install the forum manually?  Additionally try CHMODing you files to 775 or 755 instead of 777 and see if that helps.
