Upgraded to 1.1.9 and have some problems, i can't open this:Features and Options

Welcome to SMF.
This is quite a simple problem that normally occurs when you install a mod (or part of a mod) twice. You need to remove the duplicate function from the Sources / ModSettings.php file.

Alternatively, you can attach it here and we can try and fix it for you.

There are quite a few that are compatible on our mod site however they all have slightly different features. You'll have to choose which one is best for you
