IS there a bridge that can do this??? I really want wordpress and SMF to bridge perfectly. MOreover, what I really need is that the design of my blog and SMF look the same, any idea how I would do this?

Prospero

No, there is no bridge that integrates them perfectly.
There used to be, but SMF had a problem with it so the developer had to stop.

You can only integrate the two by using old versions which is not safe and not fun at all.

I don't recall us having any issues with it, but I might be mistaken. It could have been an issue on the WP side of things.

Is there anyone who can get something done on this issue?  Many, many topics on it, yet no solution.  :(

As I've said, bridges are currently taking a backseat while 2.0 is finalised. Nobody from outside the team has volunteered to do this which is why there is no solution :). For now, I've marked this as solved
