Are there any plans to make furl, sitemap, and other seo optimization for forum engine?
If this is all present in SMF2, it will my new engine for my project

Furl as in furl.net? That's been closed for a while now, and I'm not sure how that would apply to SMF.

Sitemaps are great for static content especially because you can specify priorities and update rates, but how do you do that on a forum? At most, you could specify URLs, but that defeats a good portion of the function of sitemaps. There is at least one modification that just does the URL-listing part.

SMF 2.0 supports canonical URL specifying, noindex on duplicate content pages, and several other things that help search engines index better.

There is a built-in feature to make more static-looking URLs, and there are several rewrite modifications to make fancy URLs. They don't really directly help with SEO though.

By the way, your two examples don't work since they would point to different things. The canonical of your first would be "hxxp://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=367527.0" or even just "hxxp://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=367527". You won't normally be using direct message links that way (except linking to a specific post). The "#new" is a fragment that moves you to the first "new" post on the page you are sent to.

A true "friendly" URL would thus be something like: "hxxp://www.simplemachines.org/community/topic/367527/i-like-smf-2_0-but_-_seo" or some other longer-to-type-than-default URL.

As for making better URLs to type, that may work in blogs where each slug can be unique, but on basically any forum software, you'd still need to remember the ID numbers.
