The ability when making a custom profile field to select a table from the database to populate the new field.

Critical if you want to ad a dropdown with a country list

As I said to you in your other topic, this is a huge piece of work and a fairly substantial rewrite of the existing code.

I can guarantee you this won't be in 2.0, and is doubtful for 2.1. In reality the effort placed in putting it into a table is likely to be similar to the work required just to populate the configuration for it.

ok so would it be ok for you to add a countries dropdown in a later release instead of the usual text location.

The reson I ask is because the one alredy implemented makes things look messy because people can enter anything in it like, Im here, somwher your not, on the moon, at home ect not to mention places that people dont understand like all the us states like IL etc

There is currently a mod for this for 1.1.x but it waiting permission from the author to rewrite it for 2.0
