arcade template modification

I would like to make some modification or even rearrange the arcade template a little, but I don't know where to look.  Which file do I need to modify? 

I'm looking for the following:

welcome to arcade!, arcade panel, search

I would suggest asking the Mod author.
Really sorry .. real life is demanding my full attention .. will be back soon hopefully :)
