Language help

Hello,  I am using SMF 2.0 RC1.  I was trying to integrate it with wiki, that didn't work.   I removed the files related to the wiki integration, but then my forums are now in Turkish.  However the default language options on the forum are Turkish. The default language is set to English in the setting.php.  I installed English ut8, and just English, to no avail. It keeps popping back to Turkish or Turkice.   Right now evertyhing is getting translated by a google add in, except the buttons on the top.  Can anyone help me

Uploaded other languages and it still is in Turkish.

That would be great if I could speak Turkish.  The board is suppose to be in English and was in English up until yesterday.  Even when I reload the English packages, the show up as being Turkish.

I must apologize, the topic was in Language Specific Support Board, so I supposed it had to do with Turkish language.

You write that you don't know Turkish, was Turkish in the languages that were uploaded?

If you properly insert English (or another language) in Core Server Configuration and save it and then again goes to Turkish, there is a problem in the code, hacking as cause not excluded.

Admin -> Configuration: Server Settings -> Core Configuration
Default Forum Language <- Here Engllish must be choosen and saved.

There were changes in SMF files with the Wiki integration attempt and the removal.
