It would had been better if you had filed a bug report rather than making a mod for this.

To not showing the "MOVED" topics in feeds is the expected behaviour. Because showing actually empty topics in feeds is useless and meaningless.

Well, I just didn't saw it as a bug and since version 1.1.7 (at least) that it has been like that.
