I want that this mod do:
When someone click on some board that he get message : You don't have 30 posts and you don't have permission to see this board..

Why dont you just use post based membergroups to set up so a minimum number of posts needed to access certain boards.It can do what your asking really without the need for any mod present.

Doing as nightbre says will hide the board entirely from users until such times as they have the relevant number of posts.

You can also use the View Only Boards mod to make it visible but not accessible, and have in the board's description that they need 30 posts.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

You can set boards to be visible to guests using that mod but not accessible by ticking the left board and not the right against 'Guests' in the individual board configuration.

No, what I told you would get you almost the functionality you ask for without ANY further work.

1. Add that you need 30 posts to enter the board into the board's description.

2. Add the View Only Topics mod.

3. Configure that mod to allow people in the 0-29 post count groups to view the board (left tick box) but not to access it (right tick box). Also use the mod to remove access by Regular Members as otherwise it would let them in.

That way you achieve basically the same functionality though it isn't quite what you were after. But you can have that in the next 5 minutes as opposed to waiting for someone to develop it.

My point is that few developers are likely to make this when you can achieve 95% of it with no development work, just 5 minutes installing an existing mod and a little configuration.

As Arantor says what you are asking can be more or less acheived by using the function within the forum coupled with the settings he has suggested.

Your asking for a mod to almost simulate features the forum is capable of doing anyway with a little configuration.I am not sure mod writers would really bother to do this when the forum is capable of the criteria in your OP.

All you need to do as already said is set the forum so groups can view the board then set the minimum post count up using the post based membergroups so that members only gain access once the set minimum is reached.You can control how many posts per board using the specific board settings so if some need to be different amounts it is still possible to be done.

Im just not sure you actually realise that this is all possible without the need to add mods since even a mod would still need setting up to suit each board you want limits on anyway so wouldnt neccasarily be any less work to implement.

I did say to you this wasn't quite what you wanted. But I can tell you, speaking as a modder, that I doubt anyone will write this given that something very close to it is achievable, and also that exactly what you're asking for is not as simple as it may sound.
