This is a Mod a forum I inherited uses. They actually use the non-beta release. They used it under 1.0.10, but I am trying to upgrade the forum to 1.1.10. Is there active development on it? Is the active development for 1.1.10 or 2.0?
If I update for 1.1.10, may I submit it to the Mods site?

It works in SMF 1.1.4, so it will probably work in 1.1.10. Keep in mind the author no longer supports it.

I need to modify it for my needs. I just want to release it to the public without someone getting cranky.

If the mod uses code directly from that mod then you will need to permission from the mod author to take over the development of the mod in question and submit that to the customize team.
