Fatal Error during new installation of RC2

Hello,

I've downloaded the RC2 installation package (.tar.gz).
When installing all is working UNTIL step 5.
After having entered the details for an admin account I get the following (replaced the full dir with ##########):

The installation package seems to be kinda corrupt,firstly you can try to change Load.php file with the fresh one or you can grab a new copy ,but this time try the zip version

I've downloaded the zip installation you linked to but the same error appears.

I've made an upgrade ((tar.gz)) from SMF 2.0 RC1.2 (fr) to RC 2 and get this message:
internal error 500
Can't try with zip because the same message appear

Are you using an FTP client such as FileZilla to upload these files?  Can you provide a phpinfo.php What is phpinfo.php? link?
