Adding a linkable image to menu

Is there any possible way that i could add the Facebook thumbnail to my menu and link my forum's facebook page from it?  Image will show what i want

Can't get any of them to work. The ones that i tried do install without a problem, but they won't work, even after i enable them.

Doing this without a mod would require changes/additions to index.template.php, settings.template.php and ThemeStrings.english.php and index.css. It's not that easy unless you really know what you are doing.

I'm willing to give it a try. . I'll make a backup first, of course.

I just like to add that you do not necessarily have to cramp it there at the right side of the main menu. Why not put it elsewhere? With bigger image, if you want. Your menu seems full already.
