Problem with packages

Hey all,

Ive upgraded to 2.0 RC2 but now Im stuck with 2 problems...

1st : When I try to install a package I keep getting the error that the Package directory or any of the files in it are not writable though I made all the files writable,readable and executable.

2nd: All the BB buttons you see when you post a topic or a reply don't show up at my forum....
         And the link tree is really annoying in some cases, like when you are in the administratorpanel.

How can I fix all of these?

1) Try creating a folder in your packages directory names "temp" and chmod that to 777.

2) Clear your browser cache, close your browser, then try looking again, everything should then appear as normal.
