[FREE] Board Specific Moderator Title

Version: I'm currently using SMF 1.1.11

Description:
What I'm looking for is a way to customize the moderator name for a specific board. For example, currently, whenever anyone is assigned as a moderator to a board, the title Moderator appears under their name. (or whatever the name of the Moderator group is set to) However, I want a way to set what is displayed for specific boards. Here is a mock up of what the setting might look like in ADMIN>Forms>Board>{Add/Modify} Board

Permissions:
Basically, anyone allowed to create/modify boards would have the ability to set this display name.

Feature Set:
If the text field is left blank, the name assigned to the Moderator Membergroup in ADMIN>Members>Membergroups>Regular groups
