help with mod

hi everyone im install this mod

and after i get this message when im try to access to my forum.

if somebody know how can i fix or unistal this mod now. please help

You're best asking in the thread dedicated to that mod. From the above page, it's the "Support and comments for this mod".

Sounds like you clicked install twice though.
