Adds [guest] and [member] tags to display content only to guests or only to members. NB these will still show up in modifying a post, or quoting it, but still useful. Also adds buttons to the BBcode editor (a future release might make this permission dependent if that's what people want)

Thanks to the FamFamFam icon set, for the member icon, the guest icon is mostly just a desaturated version.

Never realized this one wasn't updated heh, better do it next. Although finding time for it will still be a while away.

It's only really the buttons on the editor that needs to change, Robbo.

Though if you're brave you could make it permission based like Moderator and Administrator Comment Tags did.
