Glad after moving to SMF from vbulletin (feedback)

Reason 1:

I was little nervous to move a live board to SMF expecting many errors and downtime of the forum. But Converter made my life easier.

Reason 2:

Hesitated to use a free forum script because of support issues. But people here are very helpful and provide good support.

Reason 3:

Plenty of mods (though I only installed two of them). Don't like to install many mods as it make the forum function erratic. (Using out of the box is little out of my agenda)

Package manager is another best feature. It reminds me of Wordpress Plugins installer.

Reason 4:

Many themes making it easy to change SMF look and layout.

Reason 5:

Excellent online manual. Everybody should check it before asking any question here.

Me? Heh, I've been using this since 1.1 RC1.

2.0 RC2 is my drug of choice. Though a version with many of Antechinus' fixes is nice, too.

True. Plus I am not interested in their blog, CMS extentions of the forums etc etc. I need a simple board just to post tutorials and provide support. Vbulletin is for full blown forum management.
