No Simple Portal when I log out

For some odd reason, when I am logged into my site, I can go to the HOME page and the Portal is there but as soon as I log out, all that anyone can see is the Forum.

How can I get it to where the Portal is seen by guests as the front page

Any help is appreciated.

My best guess is that you have not installed a Forum button and the Home button takes you to the Portal page. You need to have two buttons Home and Forum. The home page currently takes you to the forum index page.

infrared...  please ask mod specific questions in the thread dedicated to supporting that mod.

Also, most of the portals have a permissions system associated with the display of the blocks. If you have not made the blocks visible to guests, then it will look like the basic forum without the portal.
