changing the template icon for "new posts" & "no new posts"

Hi all,
I am a newbie to SMF and this is probably very simple, but I cannot find exactly where to replace the forum/Themes/default/images/off.gif ... if there is a place within the admin area in which to upload a replacement? Or do I manually replace it? And is there a recommended size and/or file format?

this is a manual process as it is a image
you need to keep the size and format the same to make things easier.
just find or create a new image name it off.gif then upload to the images folder

Melanie Fine, is this issue resolved now? You may just replace the file itself with the same name to make things easier. You should keep it around the same size, otherwise, it may through some of the alignment off.
