Can't load 'main' template after updating to 1.1.3

ok so here is my problem, I updated this morning from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 using the install patch feature under the packages window. Everything installed fine (no errors), but after the install nobody can log in and instead get the can't load 'main' template error. I can't even get in under admin to change anything.

Those that were logged in aren't effected until the log out and try to log back in

I don't see how to get back to 1.1.2, I even tried re-installing my site from the last back-up

any idea's?

Nevermind, got most of it fixed with a manual install
