[NOOB] how to link something on same page in BBcode?

i still haven't figured out this one.
how do u guys link some thing on the same page in bbcode.

for eg: if you look at any Wikipedia article there is a content box which contains the links which are linked on the same page.

i know how to do this in html but not in bbcode.

please help.

It's similar to using [url]

Or you can enable basic html in the bbc settings.

You also need the [anchor] to form the destination of the link.
