right now i am trying make account to have direct login to my ftp forum folder lest that is broken for now

shouldn't get an blank page on upgrade maybe your server isn't loading it for some reason

don't know bout php was just a thought what might be causing a issue.
if you can get me ftp access i can try my upgrade package and see if there may be something corrupting in the download process

ok i just found out my forum path is on the root of /public_html and i thought under /public_html/andsimforum.org i was confused lol,  it look i have it fixed i got upgrade page now
