Quick reply captcha verification

When posting through quick reply and you need to pass the verification code even if you type the correct code it would still say that you need to enter the correct code.

I just tried it on my local machine and I think this is already fixed

I know changes were made in RC3 for it, so it possibly was fixed.

* Arantor would hope the moderators move this to Fixed Bugs before long in that case...
