Does 1.1.11 have built in spell check for posts?

Probably a really noob question, but does 1.1.11 have a built in spell check? I've looked in all settings but can't find anything. If not is there a mod that can be installed to enable spell checking?

Admin CP > Posts and Topics > Post Settings > Enable Spell Checking.

Click on the help link (?) and it should show if pspell is setup.

You know what, I must have looked at that page 1000 times today lol! Just couldn't see it.
