Users Online Indicates "Unknown Action"

I'm using SMF 1.1.11.  I'm simply curious about this. I've noticed that on occasion when I view the "Users Online" table there will be a guest with "Unknown Action" displayed.  Many times if I look up that IP at Stop Forum Spam or Project Honey Pot I find that IP has many reports as being a spammer. I was wondering what sort of thing "Unknown Action" might be and is there any danger.

Anything that doesn't have defined action. Posting in a shoutbox, that kinda thing.
