I'm talking about these tabs. So if i want to change its' name and contect, or create new tab. So what i have to edit?

I take it you want to add/edit/remove your menu tabs. Just read this:

i don't get it :/ So i want to change Help tab to Forum tab, with link to my Forum. What i have to change?

Do you have a portal installed? The code is slightly different for different portals.
