Adsense Codes

Now I can get back to work,,lol

I want to add adsense either at the top or in the footer.
I tried placing the code in the NEWS box but that didn't work,, Itried placing in directly the the file index.template.php an dthat didn't work either.

Ideally I would like to place this code between the Forum Topic Heading within that little white area between each heading (Which file is this please). This would be my most prefered position, other than that at the footer just above my footer info would be 2nd choice.

Does anyone know where to and how to embed this code within this smf source codes.

It's not actually Googles Adsense code but my own which is and does the same thing.

Hi

I've been looking around for the Af Management Mod but can't seem to find it or if I did find it I was sure that it was the right place.

I found Modification Settings but there is nothing there.
Under Themes & Layout there are a few options but other than goint to the source files themselves I cannot find where I can access an area to allow me to place this Adsense code.

Any suggestions Please.

I uploded it as a zip file and clicked install but it states that it is corrupt.

Does it work with 2.0rc3 version?

Or am I doing something wrong.

OK I have installed in as it was a permissions problem.

This has done exactly what I wanted it to. Man this is perfect.

Question please.

Does the pro version allow for others to place ads and pay for them and if so is it all done by them or do we have to set it up for them.

Also what happens if 2 or more Ads are set to the same permissins as to where they are to be seen? Do they random out or displays both or change after a given time, or do I have to make sure I know where they are placed and not duplicate Ads with same settings?

Ad management mod does not allow for other people to place ads on your website.
It only allows you to place the ads.
If you want people place ads on your site by themselves, try to ask them to give you the code, or you install the adsense sharing mod.
And whats your SMF version ?

Actuall I see on this forum that there is a banner ad just under the Logo which I persume uase the option "place a banner at the top of the page" option.

I tried that option and the banner appeared above my logo and above the whole script. Does that sound right to you.?
