Hide all Emails on my Forums.

How can I hide all the Email addresses from my SMF Forums?

Due to Security reasons I need to disable this but I don't know how to do this.
And noone should be able to search for Members by Email.

Also, if you want to force all members to "Hide e-mail address from public" then run this SQL query on your dB
