IE7 Issue - Verticle & Horizontal Scrollbars in Modify Board - RC2-RC3 Upgrade

RC2 to RC3
Issue happens with both small and large upgrade

Admin > Boards
Click Modify on a Board.
With IE 7 there are horizontal and verticle scrollbars 
Fine in Firefox, SeaMonkey, Opera

So you know -  Before posting this I asked Bikken from Dzinerstudios if he is seeing this issue as he is reworking his themes.  He confirmed to me that he is.

Its fine in IE8 unless you use Compatibility Mode then it happens.

To be honest I'm not sure this is something that is truly a bug; people using IE should really be using IE8 as that includes vulnerability fixes not found in IE7, and I'm not sure how much work the devs are going to do to support legacy browsers, especially now that other vendors are beginning to declare a lack of support for such older platforms.

I've submitted the issue to our themers for consideration.
To-do lists are for deferral. The more things you write down the later they're done... until you have 100s of lists of things you don't do.
