From where can I download the files?

Can someone please tell me from where can I download the two files mybb16_to_smf.sql and convert.php, because I need them to convert my forum from MyBB 1.6.8 to SMF. I think the download link is somewhere inside this topic (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=404303.0) but I can't find it...

Which one should I use? Can I use 'Mybb 1.4 to SMF 2-0' even though my forum is mybb 1.6.8 ?

To me, it looks like the bottom one is a kinda "Global MyBB" one.

So, I'd suggest that you read my sig and try that one, first.
