[4466] 2.0 RC2 Ignored user posts are displayed in the topic summary view

On this community board when viewing topics where ignored users have posted, the ignored users posts are correctly hidden from view but when posting a reply those ignored posts are then displayed in the topic review/summary.   This is not consistent behavior, fwiw.   I do not have access to the public release of RC2 atm to see if the same behavior is exhibited.
