Maybe someone already reported this.. the chicago download mirror seems to have issues with the 2.0 upgrade & update packages.. my rc3-upgrade download will be finished in about 30 minutes (3.5k/sec) whereas the install package only takes a few seconds with my 20mbit connection..

Works fine for me because it's going normal at 112 k/sec

interesting, btw it's only the .zip and the tar.gz which are slow for me, tar.bz2 is fine..

Maybe it's your connection if it's just a one time thing? I am pretty sure there is a storm in the East cost of USA at the moment.

What does a storm have to do with slow connections?

As far as I know, he could have those Dish internet providers. For example, I have Dish Network for TV and the screen get's a little laggy if there is very bad weather.

I'm sure it wasn't my internet connection, the install packages (hosted on the same mirror) worked fine, but anyways... it's fine now, maybe a temporary issue with the host :)
