Guest Registration Notification Problems!

I installed the Guest Registration Notificiation Modification a long time ago. I went to my page and there was the red box. I uninstalled it when I got a error with my MessageIndex.template.php, which I fixed, so then I reinstalled it and now there are 2 boxes. I uninstalled it and the 2 boxs stayed! Go to the modsection:
http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/

Find your mod
In the upper right corner, select your version of SMF and hit the parse button.

Find what code is added to MessageIndex.template.php and remove it from your file (twice).
