[FREE] disable avatars

Hi people!

Message:
I have a suggestion for modification witch can disable avatars in whole forum.

Version:
SMF 2.0

Description:
Users and moderators won´t have the permissions for the choice of the avatars in profile and the allready choosed avatars will be hidden on the forum.

Permissions:
Only board administrators can enable or disable the MOD like function disable signature...
