Members can not access chat PLEASE HELP

Installed ajax chat, it went fine after some help from siteground. It works fine for me, I am admin but none of my members can access chat. it asks for user name and password, it is set to public and english at the bottom it states you can't access the chat. What is wrong? Can someone please help me.
